Chef Cihan prepared a delicious four course dinner for my wife and I. We landed in Seattle on our anniversary and wanted to enjoy a nice dinner. We were hiking early the following morning so being able to relax in our Airbnb while he prepped the meal was exactly what we needed. Each course was amazing, and was presented beautifully. The amount of care he put into the meal was obvious by the attention to detail in each plate. We were interested in how everything was made and Chef Cihan enthusiastically explained each course. This was a great way to start our trip.
