We had an absolutely amazing night with Chef Cihan! He is truly talented, not only in the kitchen but also as a host—he provided great company while seamlessly managing all the cooking. The food was incredible from start to finish. The yellowtail sashimi was a standout, served with a crema that had a delicious Thai curry flavor. The roasted duck was cooked to perfection with incredibly crispy skin, and the pistachio soufflé was the perfect ending to the meal. Highly recommend Chef Cihan for a special night!
